TNT Rating Tops All Broadcast Nets Head-to-Head in the 53 Metered Markets From 8-10 p.m. in Prime###
Atlanta, GA, July 15, 2002 - Turner Network Televisionís (TNT) premiere of the networkís first Johnson & Johnson Spotlight Presentation, Door to Door (Sunday, July 14 at 8 PM et/pt), delivered a 6.6 metered-market overnight rating/10.3 share, topping all broadcast networks head-to-head in the 53 metered markets in prime from 8-10 PM et/pt. Final national numbers will be available Tuesday, July 16.
Shortly after the conclusion of the 8 p.m. ET airing of Door to Door, Bill Porterís Web site (www.billporter.com), through which he is still selling Watkins products, was overwhelmed with traffic and crashed. The Web site address is displayed on an end title card following the TNT airing of the movie.

Door to Door, starring Oscarģ-nominated actor William H. Macy (Fargo, Magnolia), is an uplifting drama based on the true story of Bill Porter, a door-to-door salesman who was born with cerebral palsy. The Johnson & Johnson Spotlight Presentation also stars Golden Globe nominee Kyra Sedgwick (Something to Talk About), as Shelly Brady, Porterís friend and associate; Oscarģ-nominated actress Helen Mirren (The Madness of King George, Gosford Park), stars as Porterís dedicated mother; and Emmy Award winner Kathy Baker (Picket Fences), stars as one of Porterís most faithful customers.
Dan Angel (Night Visions, The Fearing Mind), Billy Brown (Night Visions, The Fearing Mind) and David Rosemont (For All Time, TNTís Purgatory) are the executive producers of the two-hour film, and Steven Schachter is the director. The script is by Macy and Schachter.
Door to Door is the first original film to be showcased in TNT and Johnson & Johnsonís recently announced collaboration to develop and produce original films. The series is entitled Johnson & Johnson Spotlight Presentation. Johnson & Johnson Spotlight Presentations represent an important effort by Johnson & Johnson, a founding member of the Family Friendly Programming Forum of advertisers, to expand family-friendly programming on prime time television. The program development effort was initiated by Interpublicís MAGNA Global Entertainment.
