MRI & CP
Sanjeev Jha (jhasanjeev_@hotmail.com)
My daughter(6 yrs) has mild CP. She has been seen by a specialist recently to determine the level of Gym and sports activity for her in grade 1. The doctor asked to get MRI of the head done if we agree. According to the doctor this is not going to change any of the supports/training my daughter is getting. This is for the records as my daughter had her scan when she was only days old. I would like to hear from people with similar experience. My concerns -- Is it necessarry? How will a 6 yrs old will behave during MRI ? Do MRI people sedate kids? etc Thanks
