hi, i would change her when she needs to be changed. what if in those 2 hours she wasn't dirty are you suppose to change her,that would be a waste of some clean pants.i never did that to my kids and they did not have a disability. what law are you talking about? and who told you this?now if she delelops bed sores i would change her more ofen make sure you let the bed sores breath and put some cream on them.hope this helps. cathy deboer
