I need a way to transport an 8 yr. old w/o a stroller or wheelchair for times that we are on our feet for more than an hour.
Jamie Kummer (gdwjkumm@cs.com)
I have a boy who is 8 years old, he has Mild CP and wears AFO's on the calves of both legs. We had used a wagon in the past when we have gone to amusement parks and other activities where we are on our feet for long periods of time. He has finally grown out of the wagon, and we are interested in finding something to use instead, that functions like a wagon, but has a raised seat, or lowered floor so he doesn't have to sit in an L-shaped position anymore. He is too spastic and it is very uncomfortable for him. If anyone has any ideas, or knows of someone else to contact PLEASE let me know by writing to me at: People Inc. c/o Jamie Kummer 280 Spindrift Williamsville, NY 14221 Anything even posted here would be greatly appreciated. Jamie Kummer
