hi, i am Lynn. i am 40 and have mild cp in my right side. if i get cold or to hot i have major spasms. they get worse at nite. if i have to be still like during prayer at church i have spasms. i have found that if i get a massege(i can't spell)it helps. swimming is my favorite way to relax the spasms.i also ride horses to help my legs to relax.good luck Lynn
