maybe i can help
aleisha zikowitz (sweetnaqt28@aol.com)
hello, i dont know if i can help. my name is aleisha and i am 23. i was classified as mild cp. my cp is minor, meaning, i walk(i was in braces to begin with, but no longer) and i have a minor limp, at least thats what my mom says. most people dont even notice it. my sight is good, my hearing is good. the only thing i dont have full use of is my right hand. but other than that everything else is full functioning. like i have mentioned, most wouldnt be able to recognize that i have a disability. moderate i believe means, that you have limited use of things. ie. hands and feet. and i dont think doctors can really know the true difference until after a few years. they told my parents id never walk and talk, but later they downgraded my condition to very mild. i dont know if that will help you at all. if you have any other questions feel free to contact me via email. aleisha
