The Opportunity: UCP, one of the nation’s largest health/disability charities, is reinventing itself. We have a new CEO who is building a new team of professionals to help reshape and reenergize UCP.

RequirementsAs Director of Development, your proven track record will need to be extensive (minimum 10 years) and broad in all areas of development, exemplifying your skills and creative abilities to lead our development rejuvenation. You will be responsible for developing and implementing organization’s overall development strategies and programs, along with necessary support structures and systems. You will need to lead and be an effective member of a team which includes our CEO, Trustees and other key parties.
